BONUS 1: DAMP SURVEY

Our specialist Surveyors and Engineers will complete physical testing throughout your home to ensure moisture levels of materials fall within recommended ranges. Our damp survey, worth €240, comprises testing that can identify hidden issues that could be caused by humidity, historic water leaks, water ingress, rising damp, poor ventilation, etc.

Results from our damp meter tests on concrete, timber, plasterboard, etc. will be included in your final report, including comprehensive advice on interpreting the readings, and detailed recommendations for repair of any issues that are identified.

BONUS 2: NOISE LEVEL SURVEY

Environmental noise has the ability to greatly impact our lives. It is critical that noise levels are controlled to an acceptable level both internally and externally, to provide comfortable living and sleeping conditions.

The aim of a noise survey is to quantify the baseline noise environment at the property and surrounding area using our calibrated Sauter SU 130 noise level meters. This enables us to assess the potential noise impact on the occupants of a home, prior to you signing on the dotted line to buy.
